MTCC's RTL network runs the whole way from the airport island to Kinbidhoo on one ticket, changing boat at Veymandoo. Only one sailing a day reaches Kinbidhoo, arriving 14:40, and nothing sails on Fridays.. Leaving is easier: the 07:45 from Kinbidhoo is at the airport island by 08:40. There is no RTL or public ferry link to Malé; the network is intra-atoll only, so the flight is the only way in from the capital. Fare is the fixed per-person one-way public rate.

Chartered privately through the guesthouse rather than bought at a counter, and booked ahead. Boats are not held at the jetty for walk-ups. It is the only way onto the island on a Friday, when the RTL ferry does not sail, and the only option for a flight that lands after the single daily ferry. Veymandoo, the atoll capital, is the other common pick-up point, under 4 km away. Any price quoted is a charter fare for the whole boat, not a fixed per-person rate.

Maldivian is the sole operator into Thimarafushi Airport (TMF), the airport island for Thaa Atoll; Kinbidhoo has no airstrip of its own. This leg gets you as far as TMF — the journey then continues on the RTL public ferry, which reaches Kinbidhoo once a day and not at all on Fridays, so the two legs have to be planned together. A flight landing after midday means either a private charter boat or a night near the airport. The ticket is priced per person for one-way.
