MTCC's RTL high-speed ferry. There is no direct sailing and will need to change boats at Th. Veymandoo, leaving Thimarafushi at 13:40 and reaching Kandoodhoo at 15:55. Nothing runs on Fridays, and this is the last island-bound connection of the day, so it will not meet an evening arrival into Male. There is no RTL service between Kandoodhoo and the capital at all. Fare is the fixed per-person one-way public rate.

Chartered rather than timetabled, so it has to be arranged ahead. There is no public speedboat counter at Thimarafushi. Because it runs on demand it is the only boat option that meets the Male flight on the same morning. Any quote given is a charter fare for the whole boat, not a fixed per-person rate.

Maldivian is the sole operator, flying Male to Thimarafushi Airport (TMF) as Kandoodhoo has no airstrip of its own. One morning departure on the days it runs, so an evening arrival into Male' means a night in the capital before you can start. From Thimarafushi you continue by boat.
