MTCC's RTL runs a direct high-speed boat between Dharavandhoo, the airport island, and Maalhos, which carry on to Eydhafushi. This is the leg that follows the domestic flight. Three sailings a day each way, nothing at all on Fridays. There is no RTL service from Malé. Fare is the fixed public per-person rate for one-way.

Maldivian flies Malé to Dharavandhoo (DRV), the airport for Maalhos, several times a day, including two non-stop services; Manta Air also publishes a fare on the route. The flight does not reach Maalhos itself and you still need the 10-minute boat leg from Dharavandhoo. The last public boat off the airport island leaves mid-afternoon, so an evening flight means a night near the airport. Fare is priced per person for one-way.
