MTCC's RTL route runs the length of Baa Atoll - Eydhafushi, Maalhos, Dharavandhoo, Dhonfanu, Kihaadhoo, Kamadhoo, Kudarikilu, Kendhoo - and reaches Kihaadhoo directly from Dharavandhoo, the airport island, with one stop at Dhonfanu on the way. This is the connecting leg for the Domestic Flight row above. There is one sailing each way per day and none at all on Fridays, so an evening flight will miss it. The same boat takes about 50 minutes from the atoll capital, Eydhafushi. Fare is the fixed per-person one-way public rate.

Lands at Dharavandhoo Airport (DRV) in Baa Atoll, not on Kihaadhoo, which has no airstrip. Maldivian and Manta Air both fly the route daily; from Dharavandhoo you continue by boat, either the scheduled speedboat or a private charter. The last flight of the day arrives after the single scheduled boat to Kihaadhoo has sailed, so a late flight means a charter or a night on Dharavandhoo. Fare is priced per person for one-way.
