MTCC's RTL route links Kendhoo directly to Dharavandhoo, the airport island. It runs Kendhoo, Kudarikilu, Kamadhoo, Kihaadhoo, Dhonfanu, Dharavandhoo, Maalhos, Eydhafushi in the morning and the reverse in the afternoon. There is one sailing each way per day and none at all on Fridays, and the single afternoon departure from Dharavandhoo meets the midday flight from Malé but not the evening one. No RTL ferry connects Baa Atoll to Malé, so this is an onward leg only. Fare is the fixed per-person one-way public rate.

Operators runs a shared speedboat on a fixed timetable straight from Malé to Kendhoo, which makes it the only public option that avoids a flight and a ferry connection. It leaves Malé at 13:00 and leaves Kendhoo at 06:50, every day. Seats must be booked five to seven days ahead and no later than 19:00 the day before; same-day booking is not accepted, so a guest landing that afternoon cannot simply turn up. Fare is priced per person for one-way.

Chartered on request through guesthouses and Malé speedboat operators, running straight to Kendhoo with no change of boat. It goes when you book it rather than to a timetable, which is the reason to use it over the scheduled options. A charter is priced for the whole boat rather than per person.

Maldivian is the sole operator into Dharavandhoo Airport (DRV), the nearest airstrip to Kendhoo. This leg only gets you to Dharavandhoo; you then need the RTL ferry on to Kendhoo or a private boat. The ferry leaves Dharavandhoo once each afternoon, so only the midday flight connects the same day. Fare is priced per person for one-way.
