Public Ferry
From Dharavandhoo, Baa Atoll
25 min • $4.21 per person
Daily except Friday
MTCC's RTL route runs Kendhoo - Kudarikulu - Kihaadhoo - Dhonfanu - Kamadhoo - Maalhos - Dharavandhoo - Eydhafushi and back, so it connects Kamadhoo directly to both the airport island and the atoll capital with no change of boat. This is the onward leg after the domestic flight into Dharavandhoo. One sailing a day each way: 16:00 from Dharavandhoo, reaching Kamadhoo at 16:25; and 07:25 from Kamadhoo, reaching Dharavandhoo at 07:45 and Eydhafushi at 08:00. No sailings on Fridays, and no RTL service of any kind between Malé and Baa Atoll. Fare is priced per person for one way.

Scheduled Speedboat
From Malé City jetty (not the airport)
2 hr 5 min • $65 per person
Daily
The daily scheduled speedboat from Malé City to Kamadhoo, leaves at 07:00 and taking around two hours; extra Kamadhoo departures run on some days, including a 12:30 sailing on Mon, Wed, Thu and Sat. Fare is a fixed per-person rate for one way.

Private Speedboat
From Velana International Airport / Malé
2 hr 20 min
Daily
Chartered on request through guesthouses or boat operators rather than run to a timetable, which makes it the only option that bends around a delayed or late arrival. Any fare quoted will be a charter fare for the whole boat, not a fixed per-person rate.

Domestic Flight
From Velana International Airport, Malé
40 min • $175.95 per person
Daily
Maldivian is the sole operator to Dharavandhoo Airport (DRV), the nearest airstrip. Kamadhoo has none of its own. Two flights a day, every day, roughly 40 minutes each. The onward leg from Dharavandhoo to Kamadhoo is the RTL public ferry, which sails once a day at 16:00, so the evening flight lands after the last boat has gone and means a night on Dharavandhoo or a chartered speedboat. Fare is priced per person for one way.
