Sea Plane
From Velana International Airport seaplane terminal (Malé)
25 min • $200 per person
Daily
Seaplane charter from Malé to a platform/nearby resort near Dhangethi, can be arranged by the guesthouse rather than run on a fixed public timetable. Maldivian seaplanes generally serve resorts directly; local-island guests use it as an arranged charter. Connects via a further 10–15 min speedboat transfer to Dhangethi. This is the fastest option but the most expensive as well. Seaplanes operate daylight hours only. A late international arrival cannot connect same day and needs an overnight in Malé.
