Public Ferry

MTCC runs the slow public ferry, on the Thoddoo-Malé rotation that calls at Rasdhoo and Ukulhas. One sailing each way on an operating day: out of Malé mid-morning, back off Rasdhoo late morning, a little over three hours either way. There is no high-speed RTL service anywhere in this atoll, so this is the only public-sector boat and the cheapest way across. Fare will be priced per person for one-way travel.

Operators runs the daily scheduled speedboat on the Malé-Rasdhoo-Ukulhas-Mathiveri line, three departures a day including Fridays, picking up at both the airport jetty and Malé. Airport departures are late morning and mid-afternoon, so a flight landing in the evening misses the last boat and means a night in Malé or Hulhumalé. Fare is priced per person for one-way travel.

Charter speedboats run from the airport jetty on demand, including early-morning and late-night runs, which makes this the only option for a guest landing after the last scheduled afternoon boat. Operators are based in Alif Alif Atoll and will also route via Kuramathi or the other North Ari islands. This would be a charter fare, not a fixed per-person rate.
